Orchestra Software has developed a turn-key Fast Track Implementation™ plan for transitioning distilleries from old system(s) to OrchestratedSPIRITS OnDemand through a series of project steps conducted over a period of roughly 12 weeks. Orchestra Software will provide a structured, transparent and task-driven project path utilizing an online project management tool called Teamwork that allows both parties to track the progress of the project through completion.
A project representative will be responsible for coordinating all project deliverables and tasks necessary to complete the implementation process. A team of Orchestra Software service consultants facilitated by a dedicated Orchestra Software Project manager will ensure that your OrchestratedSPIRITS OnDemand environment is configured and implemented using distillery operation best practices. Orchestra Software will also provide access to a sandbox training environment and example database to complete the training requirements.
Orchestra Software will kick off the project with private "Kickoff Call." During this first week we will establish the project steps, deliverables, milestones and the online project management tool (Teamwork). Each week will consist of a private call to answer questions, deliverables, a group webinar, a video and assigned readings.
Project timelines are pre-determined by Orchestra Software for each month’s implementation track. A project leader from the distillery will be responsible for coordinating all project deliverables and tasks necessary to complete the project in a timely fashion.
